    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. will not be held responsible for careless installation or cleaning techniques used by other contractors. The homeowner will be notified if any damage is found.
    2. If asbestos, lead, or any environmentally-hazardous material is found, the project will be stopped immediately until the material is tested and/or removed. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. assumes no responsibility, either physically or financially, for the testing or removal of any such hazardous material. In the event that said asbestos, lead, or other hazardous material is not removed within 30 days, Tuckey shall have no further obligation to perform its duties set forth in the Agreement and the Customer shall pay Tuckey for all services performed prior to such discovery.
    3. The above prices are subject to change without notice.
    4. Homeowner recognizes that some special conditions may not be apparent until service begins, and that homeowner may complete this form incorrectly. If homeowner elects Basic Dryer Vent Cleaning but special conditions are discovered by Tuckey at the time of service, service will be completed at “special conditions” hourly rate noted above. Tuckey will communicate any such changes to the homeowner.
