The award came after a previous employee nominated Tuckey for its unwavering support of his military commitments, including flexible scheduling to accommodate his service needs. Reflecting on the honor, Matt said, “We value the work of the dedicated men and women serving in the National Guard and Reserve. We view flexible schedules for service members as an act of patriotism, not a problem.”
