    Terms & Conditions

    1. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. will not be held responsible for careless installation or cleaning techniques used by other contractors. The homeowner will be notified if any damage is found.
    2. Sections of drop ceiling may need to be removed in order to gain proper
      access to the system for cleaning.
    3. Our team may potentially create openings into the system where needed for cleaning, visual inspections, etc. If necessary, these openings will be created such that they can be sealed in accordance with industry codes and standards. These openings, if made, will not compromise the integrity of the system.
    4. If asbestos, lead, or any environmentally-hazardous material is found, the project will be stopped immediately until the material is tested and/or re- moved. Tuckey Restoration, Inc. assumes no responsibility, either physically or financially, for the testing or removal of any such hazardous material. In the event that said asbestos lead, or other hazardous material is not removed within 30 days, Ticke shall have no further obligation to perform its duties set forth in the Ar nent and the Customer shall pay Tuckey for all services performed prior to such discovery.
    5. The above prices are subject to change without notice.
    6. The Client understands that Tuckey is not responsible for damage to painted walls or ceilings from removal of grills/registers painted to these surfaces.
    7. As part of our duct cleaning program, Tuckey will not be cleaning any components inside of your HVAC system’s air handler unit including but not limited to the blower, coils, and motor. Contact Tuckey Mechanical Services, Inc. for more information on preventive maintenance programs to service these components.
