Tuckey Restoration began the revitalization process for an aging home in Carlisle, PA with the purpose of restoring the building for three new affordable housing units. This project has been facilitated by Safe Harbour, Inc.:
“Outstanding progress is happening at Harbour House thanks to the expert work of The Tuckey Companies. It’s been challenging with the discovery of some unanticipated termite damage. However, our contractors and their experienced staff are handling everything very well. This house was gifted to Safe Harbour by our friends at First Evangelical Lutheran Church. We are working diligently to honor the congregation’s desire to assist those in our communities who need affordable housing by creating three new low-income rental units — a two bedroom unit and two one-bedroom units. Safe Harbour is looking forward to welcoming new residents sometime in January 2025.” – Scott K. Shewell, CEO of Safe Harbour Inc.
